As a web developer, I work with small businesses, agencies, and organizations to develop strategies for launching, managing, and growing their online presence, focusing on creating responsive websites that increase leads and build client trust. I oversee strategy, design, progress monitoring, and prototype testing, using research and stakeholder input to develop websites and branding for B2B and e-commerce businesses. I manage updates, SEO, and link maintenance, suggest platforms, create budgets, and develop project specifications to drive sales and build online reputations. As a UX designer, I identify and solve user problems through research, wireframes, prototypes, and user testing, enhancing engagement and accessibility. Additionally, I manage timelines, deadlines, budgets, and client expectations, ensuring thorough information collection, defining deliverables, and providing clients with access to necessary files.

At Custom Ink in Baltimore, I assisted users with navigating Customink.com and communicated website and order system issues. As a web developer, I conducted tests, provided feedback, enhanced local SEO through email automation, and gathered customer feedback. As a user experience designer, I identified problems through field studies and user interviews, offering feedback on internal software and client-facing web changes that informed stakeholder decisions on user experience and sales strategies. As a project manager, I prioritized tasks for over 30 accounts, coordinated with a remote team, and collaborated with an in-house team to identify KPIs and improve customer experience strategies.
